VEGETABLE MIX
• 250 g Mushrooms
• 300 g Spinach
• 150 g Onion
• 300 g Mushroom
• 250 g Zucchini
• 200 g Bell pepper
• 200 g Blanched Kale
1. Sauté the vegetables one by one.
2. Season with salt and pepper then mix.
1. Blend all the ingredients, set aside
1. With a paddle attachment, knead all the ingredients except the
water until you get a sandy mixture.
2. Add the water and do not over-knead.
3. Roll out at 2.5 mm.
4. Place the dough in a pastry ring of 16 cm pressing well to the
bottom and sides, cut the excesses.
5. Blind bake at 165 ºC for 30 minutes and 10 minutes without it
