BISCUIT
• 1,5 g Potato protein
• 150 g Icing sugar
• 30 g Cornstarch
• 75 g Almond flour
• 75 g Cake flour
• 4,2 g Baking powder
• 135 g Soy milk
• 90 g Be Better plant-butter
• 80 g Chocolate pieces
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
2. Add the soy milk followed by the melted
(and cooled down to room temp) plant-butter.
3. Lastly add the chocolate pieces.
4. Pipe into the metal moulds and bake at 180 oC for 12 minutes.
1. Bring to boil soy milk, salt, cacao and sugar.
2. Place then chocolate, oil and plant-butter in the jug , pour the
hot milk mixture on top.
3. Blend with the hand blender, add the lecithin gradually while
blending.
