COOKIE DOUGH
• 300 g Be Better plant-butter
• 100 g Sugar
• 60 g Soy milk
• 400 g Pastry flour
• 2 g Cornstarch
• 5 g Vanilla paste
• 2 g Salt
1. Mix the plant-butter and sugar with an electric mixer at medium
speed for 2-3 minutes until creamy and smooth.
2. Add the soy milk and vanilla paste and beat again.
3. Add the dry ingredients, just enough to incorporate them and
have a homogeneous batter.
4. Fill the dough on a piping bag, make different forms in a baking
sheet
5. Bake the cookies 18 minutes at 160 °C.
6. Let them cool and cover them halfway with tempered chocolate.
