COOKIE DOUGH
• 500 g Flour
• 2.5 g Baking powder
• 2.5 g Baking soda
• 156 g Dark brown basterd sugar
• 140 g Sugar
• 14 g Speculaas mixed spices
• 3 g Cinnamon
• 1.8 g Salt
• 206 g Be Better Plant-butter
• 30 g Moulasses
• 50 g Water
• 10 g Soy milk
1. Mix all the ingredients in the robot coupe.
2. Dust with flour the mold and put 30 g of the dough, press well.
3. Take out the dough with a firm punch
4. Place the dough on a silpain
5. Bake at 160 0C, for 12 min.
