PROTEIN MIX
• 18 g Rice flour
• 14 g Pea protein
• 6 g Potato protein
• 1.5 g Citric fibre
1. Mix all ingredients together.
1. Premix with a hand blender the protein mix with the oat milk.
2. Add the pumpkin puree and melted butter to the previous
mixture and blend all together.
3. Place all the dry ingredients in the Kitchen Aid with the paddle
attachment, while mixing pour in the wet ingredients mixture.
4. Lastly add the pumpkin seeds, once integrated, place it in a
piping bag.
