CAKE DOUGH
• 200 g Be Better Plant-butter
• 300 g Sugar
• 100 g Whole eggs
• 48 g Pistachio paste
• 3,2 g Salt
• 100 g Plant milk (soy or oat)
• 220 g Flour t55
• 4 g Baking powder
1. Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
2. Place all ingredients in a robot-coupe / food processor and
blend until obtained a smooth dough.
