APPLE PIE DOUGH

  • 310 g Be Better plant butter
  • 2 g Salt
  • 2 g Citroenrasp*
  • 265 g Sugar
  • 2,6 g Baking powder
  • 43 g Egg
  • 480 g All purpose flour
  • 3 g Cinnamon

 

APPLE FILLING

  • 1 kg Apple pieces
  • 160 g Sugar
  • 1,5 g Salt
  • 9 g Cinnamon
  • 15 g Citroenrasp*
  • 15 g Modified starch (cold usage)
  • 90 g Raisins*Dutch product lemon zest mixed with sugar

1. Soften the Be Better plant butter, add the sugar, salt
and citroenrasp*.
2. Once obtained a smooth dough add the egg.
3. Last the flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
4. Roll out at 7 mm.
5. Cut a ring of ∅26cm for a tart ring of ∅18 cm.

 

1. Peel the apples and cut into big pieces.
2. Mix all ingredients together and let it rest for 24h.
3. Press the dough into the tart rings.
