APPLE PIE DOUGH
APPLE FILLING
1. Soften the Be Better plant butter, add the sugar, salt
and citroenrasp*.
2. Once obtained a smooth dough add the egg.
3. Last the flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
4. Roll out at 7 mm.
5. Cut a ring of ∅26cm for a tart ring of ∅18 cm.
1. Peel the apples and cut into big pieces.
2. Mix all ingredients together and let it rest for 24h.
3. Press the dough into the tart rings.
