DOUGH
• 300 g Be Better plant-butter
• 188 g Icing sugar
• 188 g All purpose flour
• 11 g Cornstarch
• 44 g Water
• 353 g All purpose flour
• 23 g Cinnamon powder
• 3.8 g Sea salt
1. Mix all the dry ingredients (except the second flour) together
in the robot coupe.
2. While mixing add the water and the melted plant-butter.
3. Add the second flour and mix until the dough is integrated.
4. Roll out half of the dough, between 2 papers at 3 mm then cool
down.
5. Once it’s cold, cut circles with a metal ring and place them as a
base in the mould
