SHORT CRUST
• 210 g All purpose flour
• 40 g Icing sugar
• 1 g Salt
• 125 g Be Better plant-butter
• 60 g Soy milk
1. Mix the dry ingredients together.
2. Add very cold cubes plant-butter until becomes a sand-like
consistency.
3. Last add the water ( do not over-mix ).
4. Roll out at 3 mm and freeze.
1. In a countertop mixer by using a paddle mix the dry ingredients.
2. Melt the plant-butter, then blend together with the soy milk and
vanilla paste.
3. Add this mix to the dry ingredients.
